How to use the giveaway winner picker
- Close the giveaway at the published time and export or record all entries.
- Apply the published eligibility and entry rules. Keep a note of any excluded entries and why.
- Paste one eligible entry ID per line. Set the duplicate option to match your entry rules.
- Select the number of winners and confirm the list has been checked.
- Run the draw and download the record before leaving the page.
Keep a record of the whole process
The picker uses cryptographic randomness and avoids favouring particular positions in the list. It does not check whether entries are genuine, collect social media comments or certify compliance. Your exported record can be edited outside the tool, so consider an independent observer and a recording for evidence of how the draw was conducted.
If a selected entrant cannot claim or is ineligible under the published rules, keep the original result and reason before making any replacement draw. Do not keep redrawing to obtain a preferred winner. The download includes all draws made during the current page visit.
