Your tool inputs
The giveaway generators, budget calculator and winner picker process your input in your browser. They do not submit the brief or entrant list to the website’s server or an AI provider. There is no need to provide real entrant names to the picker; use entry IDs where possible.
Text can still be visible to other people using your device. Downloaded files may include promoter contact details or the entire draw entry pool. Keep them somewhere appropriate and do not publish a private draw record.
Optional local storage
If you choose “Save this brief on this device”, the tool stores your answers in browser local storage so they can be reused across the generator pages. The promotion checklist has a separate remember option. Stored items expire when the tool next checks them after 90 days without an update.
You can remove the saved brief with the tool’s removal button, reset the checklist or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. The winner picker does not persist its entrant lists or draw history; download a record before leaving if you need one.
Website requests and essential services
Our hosting and security services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as requested pages, IP addresses and browser information. WordPress also uses cookies for administrators who sign in. The toolkit does not require a visitor account.
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message through our email service. We use it to answer the enquiry and deal with website issues. Please avoid sending sensitive information or entrant lists. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related dispute or record-keeping obligation.

Directory links open third-party websites. Those sites control their own forms, cookies and use of information. UK Prize Factory does not send your brief or submit a competition to them automatically. Read the receiving site’s privacy information before submitting.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or object to or restrict its use. Contact the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Information saved only in your own browser can be removed through the tools or browser settings.

We use Independent Analytics to understand how this website is used and improve its content and tools. It counts page views, estimates daily visitors and records referring websites, browser and device categories and approximate location derived on our server. We use these reports to understand readership, not to identify named visitors. Statistics stay on this website’s server; they are not sent to Google Analytics or the plugin developer.
We use the cookieless setting. To estimate visits within a day, the software derives a temporary one-way identifier from connection and browser information using a daily changing secret. It does not keep the raw IP address or browser identifier in its analytics records. The identifier changes daily to limit linking visits across days. Separate hosting and security logs may exist. Statistics are retained for up to 24 months. These figures are estimates, rather than an exact count of people.
