Your entrant list stays at your workstation
UK Prize Factory’s generators, budget calculator and winner picker run in your browser. The brief and entry pool are not uploaded to our website or an AI provider. Where possible, use entry IDs rather than real names in the picker. You remain responsible for the entrant information you bring to your own giveaway.
The picker does not persist its entry pool or draw history between visits. Download a record before leaving if you need one. That file may contain the whole pool, so store it privately. Other downloaded documents may contain promoter contact information. Publishing a draft or sharing a file is a separate decision you make.
Remembering a brief between tools
Choosing “Save this brief on this device” puts the answers in local browser storage for reuse across the generator pages. The promotion checklist has its own remember choice. Saved items expire on the tool’s next check after 90 days without an update. The removal control, checklist reset or browser site-data settings let you erase them earlier.
This is device storage for a feature you request, not a visitor account. Someone using the same browser can potentially see the answers. Clearing a browser does not delete a file you have already downloaded.
Questions sent to UK Prize Factory
Dr. Aisha Rahman is the public contact for the site at [email protected]. An email delivers your address, its contents and attachments to the mailbox provider. We use the exchange to respond or investigate a website problem. Do not send your entrant list or sensitive documents for routine support.
Correspondence lasts as long as required to handle the issue and related follow-up, dispute or record-keeping obligation. We rely on legitimate interests for operating the toolkit and answering enquiries, and legal obligations when those require a record. Hosting and security services also handle requested pages, IP addresses, browser details and other technical information to serve pages and prevent misuse. Staff authentication uses necessary WordPress cookies.
Tool-use reports never include your entry pool
Your giveaway brief and entrant list are not part of our analytics. Independent Analytics gives us a picture of how the toolkit is used, rather than what you type into it:
- Which pages people visit and where they arrive from.
- Approximate visitor numbers, general browser and device categories, and location estimated locally.
We keep those reports here for up to 24 months to help improve the tools. They are not sent to the software developer or Google Analytics and are not used for advertising profiles across websites. There are no analytics cookies, and the reports do not retain original IP addresses or raw browser identifiers. This does not remove the separate hosting and security logs mentioned above.
You can stop this browser contributing to tool statistics with the control below. The setting is saved locally for UK Prize Factory, so it does not transfer to other browsers and may be erased when you clear site storage. Browser privacy requests through Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control also stop the counter.
Suppliers, destinations and your rights
Hosting, backup, security and email companies receive information needed for their services. Their technical retention arrangements depend on the operational purpose. Contact us about a specific recipient or any processing overseas. Opening a directory link does not automatically send your brief or submit a promotion; the receiving website explains its own collection of data.
For information UK Prize Factory holds, you can ask to inspect or correct it, seek deletion or limited processing, and request portability when that right applies. You are entitled to object to uses grounded in legitimate interests. Withdrawal is possible for consent-based processing. We may require enough detail to find and verify the record, and will explain any applicable limit to a request. The Information Commissioner can consider a complaint. To remove a local brief or draw file that never reached us, use the device controls described above.
